The film itself was issued in 1944 but I think the matches would date from the early 1940's. This match features Herman "Dutch" Rohde vs Ash Mahoney. Rohde would go on to much greater fame after he died his hair and changed his name to "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers. As Rogers he would hold both the NWA and WWWF Heavyweight Championships.
